What Amini is
Football is more than a game. It is a powerful instrument for developing people.
Amini is not an academy, a personal training service or a conventional agency. It is a multidisciplinary football development, management, education, scouting, recruitment, career and institutional consulting organisation.
We look beyond isolated training sessions. A player's technique, athleticism, tactical understanding, education, language, character and career sit inside one development picture — and we work on that picture as a whole.

Women's Football Initiative
Building a 2027 legacy for women's football in São Paulo.
Brazil hosts the FIFA Women's World Cup in 2027. Amini is creating an independent environment for female player development and discovery so that the tournament leaves behind structure, not only memory.
Qualifying female athletes receive a 40% reduction across the Amini ecosystem — a standing institutional commitment to access, not a promotional campaign.

Safeguarding: chaperones and Amini staff are consistently present for under-18s travelling alone, including in accommodation and lodgings. In any mixed group, under-18s are accommodated separately from over-18s and adults.

A limited pathway for exceptional players whose circumstances, not their ability, are the obstacle.
Where a player demonstrates exceptional ability and commitment but cannot meet the standard investment, Amini may offer reduced-cost or supported access to selected services. Places are limited, assessed individually and never guaranteed.

Refugee Acolhimento Program
At Amini, we believe football can be a pathway to belonging, dignity, connection and opportunity. Through our Refugee Acolhimento Program, Amini seeks to create a welcoming environment for young refugees and displaced people rebuilding their lives in São Paulo — where football becomes a common language through which people meet others, develop confidence, build relationships and begin to feel part of a community again.
Acolhimento means creating an environment in which people feel seen, respected and welcomed. Amini cannot solve every challenge that displacement creates, but we can create a space where football becomes a bridge — from isolation to connection, from uncertainty to possibility, and from simply being welcomed to having the opportunity to develop.
